Registration Information

Welcome to SMUNC! We're so excited that you're interested in attending.

In order to register, please follow the steps below:
  1. Register your delegation and pay for all required conference fees through Stanford Event Registration and Ticketing Management (SERTM) here:

    All registrations are online only. No mail or phone-in registrations or payments. No refunds.

    Each high school delegation can register up to 25 delegates in total. Please place one order for all delegates to avoid being charged the delegation fee for each order which cannot be refunded or waived. No exceptions. You cannot request to increase or reduce the number of delegates in your delegation/original order after completing registration. Students registering individually are considered single delegations and must still pay the delegation fee in addition to the delegate fee. Please select the number of delegates (limit 25 per delegation), then click "Next" to view your cart and finalize your registration.   2. After completing payment, indicate your committee and position preferences and provide detailed information about your delegation by filling out this Google Form:
  3. Make sure to provide a complete delegate roster as well as a liability waiver and medical information form for each participating delegate. NOTE: Delegates will not be able to submit their liability waiver until after the delegate roster is received by the Secretariat.
Upon successful completion of the steps above, advisors will receive a confirmation email to confirm participation in this year's SMUNC. Additional information regarding hotel booking options, conference schedule, and committees will be available on this website soon.
